For starters, it’s fully assembled! Nicely packaged. Comes with FULL instructions (many machines do not) and very user friendly. Follow heat guide for this machine rather then the product instructions. So far, 10 prints later, and everything is printed amazing! I’m getting the colors I planned for as well. And I even tested the heat with the thermometer, I’m reading at 4degrees hotter on my heat thermometer gun. My husband said the possibility of the gun just being off itself rather then the machine is a thing. I have another machine I’m currently trying to return from another company and right out of the box it was reading 40 degrees difference.So the pressure on the machine… is perfect, also easy to adjust. The value for the money? It’s worth it! Paying 50 or 60 more then a lot of those sale priced machines, just made sense! The name is printed on the machine, BetterSub, it shows the company backs up there machines, I have owned now four machines, this one is the Only one which has the name, and has actual contact for help in there user manual as well.It is a sturdy machine, comes with two pads, user manual, suggested heat temps as well. And step by step to set the machine for F or C . Mine came with it already set for F. So I was happy. But the directions walk you through if you prefer the other.
