Hand works fine did get a replacement and first one the finger fell off my only problem now is I can’t find replacement tips for this hand I have bout 4 different brand and none fit. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHICH TIPS FIT TJIS HAND??? I and down to my last two that came with the hand. PLEASE HELP!!!This demo hand is awesome! If you have ones with the fingers coming apart, you need to snap them in firmly and you can always use a little clear tape if you’re hard on it so it doesn’t come apart on you.Some handy tips to know. You need to push the nails deep into the channel and you will hear snaps when it locks in, then you should be able to file without it coming off. Also the silicone around the nails is wonderful because nothing sticks to it however sticking nail forms to it is a challenge because they don’t really want to stick. So I set my nail form only after making sure that I remove all nail dust from around the nail, I usually use Young Nails swipe and a nail brush for that. Then I add a tiny bit of clear tape, and no matter what form I use, they stay on fine. I’m glad I don’t have to deal with glue. Besides when you learn acrylic and gel, tip applications are just slowing you down & costing more. This hand model has held up well to my abuse. I don’t know what I’d do without her. She’s my favorite client because she never complains. ?✊???In was excited about this practice hand at first. However, I've only had it two months and all 5 finger tips have broken off rendering it completely useless. I got a hold of customer service and they sent me another product. So far this product seems more sturdy than the first. Maybe the first one I received was a fluke. In conclusion, with the great price point and amazing customer service I would recommend buying this product.I love this product, the only problem I have with it is that the nails pop off easily when I’m trying to do the nails but it makes them easier to change out as well, it’s easy to adjust the hand to however you like and it grips on to surfaces very wellIf you have the money just invest in a silicone hand which you can get for a little more than double the price of this one. This one is such a headache. Its almost impossible to practice filing. The tips just pop off every 2 seconds! It was still worth it to practice applying acrylic. They need to find a way to keep the tips better secured because I would have given it 5 stars the tips didnt pop off because the rest is well made and a very good price.I love this product whenever I 1st got it. After I used times in a month that I had it the hand completely fell off
