First time this product arrived it was a bundle of shredded cardboard and packing tape. Could see upon first glance that half the items were missing. The bottle jack, half the frame pieces, the press plates, hardware etc were all MIA. Amazon automatic return required item to be customer packed. After much explaining about the size, weight and bulkiness of the item, Amazon (to their credit) organized a freight company to come by appointment to collect the return and started a replacement order.Unfortunately the replacement order didn’t fair much better than the initial order. The packaging was almost non-existent but was bundled in shredded packing tape. Fortunately, about 95% of the product was miraculously accounted for and was only missing a few minor bolts which was easier to remedy than a repeat of the lengthy return and replacement process.RE: the press itself, hardware and steel seems decent. It’s a cheap press so it’s not impressive and has plenty of room for improvement but so far has held up to pressing out a couple control arm bushings so as far as I’m concerned it’s fulfilled its purpose. Other plus is it’s not huge so it easily is tucked against a wire rack and doesn’t intrude into the work area that much.Time will tell how the cheap bottle jack holds up.
