Perfect size for a countertop trashcan in my bathroom. Use it for various bathroom things - q-tips, makeup wipes, cotton balls, floss - and keeps it up high and away from the pets, unlike a standard trash can that would rest on the floor.Decent enough quality, the closure mechanism is still functioning as it did the day I bought it. Only comes with a few little bags, but refills are easy to find.I really like this mini trash can. It's the perfect size for our end table.I also like the fact that the top is a push open, and locks when not in use. We have animals, and they can't get into it.Very durable and convenient.We use pet waste bags as liners,as they fit extremely well.Definitely worth the price.I make a lot of little trash on my desk when I’m working from home (post-it notes) or crafting (yarn bits, paper pieces) and had a bad habit of leaving it there but this little trash can sitting on the corner of my desk is perfect and convenient for keeping my workspace clean. I also empty my mini desk vacuum into it.It is a very small trashcan but with the little bits of trash I make, I do not need to empty it often.The press lid is nice and smooth to use. It comes with an extra clip in case the first one breaks. There were also a few cute stickers in the box so I stuck those on my trash can for fun. Also came with one or two bags to get you started.pretty perfect size to put on my desk, feels durable and the clicking lid is pretty nice.Ok so I didn’t look at the measurements that was my fault. The item is as noted in the description and looks like the pictures. However I went back and looked at the pics after received as it was quite large in person. This is more like a medium size plastic container so much so that husband thought I left a cookie jar on my bedroom dresser. He was so confused. As was I with the size of this item in person. It looks nice and construction is good, it’s just well it’s not a mini anything it’s again my fault I didn’t read the measurements. I noticed the images shown do not provide a good contrast item to compare it to. I added some pics to help you decide if it works for you. I only wanted something for used dental floss, a dental pic, my used contacts etc. I am not much of a make up girl so I don’t much face wipes or cotton rounds but if you do this could be great for your use. I can see it being great at a bedside for tissues or something as well. Since I already have it I am going to use it in my walk in closet it will be useful for new clothing tags that need removal or lint collection when depilling a sweater etc. it would be useful in a laundry room for dryer sheets, or to hold wool dryer balls. My mom asked me to order one to hold remnants from her fabric crafting. It looks nice and sleek smooth surface almost a true whit in color.decent size for the counter but the lid does not stay on.I have an almost two year old that will not leave trash cans alone so the only ones we have are the kitchen and the bathroom and our bedroom, so every time I wipe his nose I have to run across the house to toss it. This little trash can is perfect, it fits on a counter right next to the Kleenex and he can’t get to it!love this product! I use it as a mini trash can in my laundry room for lint & it works perfect! the mini trash bags provided are great, easy push-to-open lid, perfect size! 10/10 would recommend
