On the first attempt to put a primer in a hull, the spring pad got stuck in the primer cup assembly. The pad is suppose to move up and down on the spring.I called MEC customer service, they said the part is not covered by warranty, need to buy a new assembly…What good is the warranty if brand new parts malfunction and the company doesn’t replace those parts?I would give the press a five star rating as it is working properly with exception of the defective primer cup and pad assembly. I give customer service a 1 star rating as I am pretty sure the company could have resolved this problem by sending me replacement parts, didn’t sound like the customer service rep even cared…
