I just used this to make homemade turkey patties and I love it! I fried the patties in a cast iron skillet seasoned with KerryGold butter and sprinkled salt and pepper over the patties while they were cooking and they are delicious!! Just make sure you are buying healthy, local, safely raised turkey, chicken or pork when you make these. If you are going to do it, do it right. And it is great little tool to get your kids involved. They enjoy smashing the patties. And of course eating them when they are finished. I made a big batch and will put the cooled, cooked patties in the freezer for later use.
