Lots to choose from but I feel like I chose well, the product is week made. Sturdy, has a wooden handle so easy to grip (and smash the burger). Our first time making these and they turned out fantastic. Bought some “smash burger “ kits for gifts for friends for the holidays even! So good! Tho pictures are not the best, but you get the idea!The thickness of the metal is great, not more than you need, and not flimsy by any margin. I added a bit of oil to it before cooking and gave it a slight wiggle when lifting it off the patties and no sticking. Clean up was super easy. The rubber grip worked perfectly, no heat transfer to my hand. The diameter was just right. The construction is sturdy, it's actually welded instead of screwed or pinned, so it will likely never fail.I highly recommend itThis press works a lot better than just a spatula. Very sturdy.
