Update: Customer Service was amazing to work with and took my complaint seriously and didn’t blow it off. They contacted the company who is responsible for the knob issue to ensure quality is 5 star for all of the machines. I would definitely recommend this company!5 star for company satisfaction but only 4 star because I just can’t use for coffee mugs which is what I mainly wanted it for.The machine was extremely difficult to use for me because of wrist problems because you have to screw and unscrew the knobs to tighten and loosen which was extremely difficult. The noise is absolutely terrible causing my dog to panic but I’m not sure it’s any different from other machines. I love how my tumbler turned out but because of my difficulty with the machine I can’t make coffee mugs, but I'm sure others without wrist problems will be successful. May have to return because wrist hurts after making just one mug and not sure if I got bad press or they are all like this. Disappointed because I really want to love this and just wish I knew if it’s the knobs itself in this or they are all like it. I will have to order a mug press for my coffee cups but if you enjoy making tumblers and want something that is compact, I highly recommend this machine and company.This item arrived quickly. It came with 2 heat resistant gloves that were pretty good quality compared to others used in the past. It also came with heat tape. The instructions were easy to follow. Setup was less than a minute. The press heated up very quickly, which was nice. There was a smell when pressing, but it wasn't too bad. I pressed near an open outside door.The results are pretty good! I had a little ghosting, but that's probably due to my tape job. It was fast and easy. I have a mug press as well and this was much faster. Really loving it so far. I don't have a large craft area so the size is also really great for my setup. It's lightweight and easy to move. Can't wait to make more! I'll try to update once I try out the different sizes. This was a 12oz.This is the best heat press I have used. You can use it on the glass sublimation, coffee cups, and 20 oz - 30 oz sublimation tumblers. Make an adjustment with the screws. My other press the temperature kept changing and sometimes burning my cups.
