Just started these and almost done with my first month supply. Reordering, as I noticed my thinning hair is not shedding as much and also getting thicker. My nails much stronger, and my skin is also really looking clearer for a 60+er. I also have been using Andrew's Women's Complete for about 2 month and have so much more energy. His vitamins are the best quality that I've ever used.Andrew Lessman's vitamins are one of the few supplements that I can honestly say I see a BIG difference with when I take them. I'm always skeptical with any kind of supplements, but I've taken his before and they actually DO work. They're not magic, they won't turn my thin, fine hair into a thick, full head of hair, but they do stop my hair from falling out, they help prevent breakage and they make my hair stronger. Way more than any shampoo or conditioner could ever do. But as long as you keep your expectations realistic, than you'll be VERY happy with these vitamins and the results you'll get. I would without a doubt recommend these to anyone wanting to make their hair stronger and keep it from falling out, make their nails stronger and grow faster, and make their skin softer and healthier looking and feeling. I would give them 10 stars if I could!effective in improving a chemo patient's nail health after taking two bottles. On the 3rd bottle forward, nails are no longer easy to get broken or ripped from meat around them.I discovered Andrew Lessman on one of the at home shopping networks. I have never been able to grow and keep my own nails. And my hair was almost stagnant. I used to cry at hair cuts and put them off as much as possible. My hair grows so quickly that I have grown to love that fresh line we get after a needed trim. My hair dresser noticed and asked what I was using. He has been doing my hair since my 20's (I'm now in my 40's) and he noticed the growth and the added strength. His clientele tends to be more on the older side when hair loss and thinning can be an issue and he says he now recommends these to all of his clients. My nails grow so quickly and are so strong that I actually have a manicurists who marvels at my nails. My Mom even thought they were acrylics. I take 2 at night before I go to bed because I think my body absorbs them best while my body is resting and rebuilding. IF you're on the fence...try them...you will not be disappointed!I've been using this supplement as directed for 3½ years and my results have been wonderful. I had thick, heavy hair that grew quickly. As I reached menopause my hair began to thin noticeably and it didn't grow like it used to. My nails have always been thin and weak, and I had suffered for years from rosacea. About six months in to this supplement my hair and nails started to grow faster, and my rosacea symptoms began to lessen. My skin flushes were less often, less pronounced, and less painful. While I have not experienced hair re-growth, both hair and nails grow even more quickly, and my nails are much stronger than before. I actually have to cut my nails to keep them from getting too long! Hair loss seems to have stopped entirely. I take this product religiously, and as directed.Not having the extreme rosacea symptoms has been pretty miraculous for me. My skin would redden to the point of looking like your worst ever sunburn, it would itch and burn like crazy, and even swell somewhat. The symptoms would often last for weeks, even with using topical prescription meds. It was miserable and I HATED it. After taking HHS&N for several months, I noticed the symptoms were beginning to abate. I still have flare ups, and this isn't a cure, if course. But, the flare ups are much much less painful (thank-you Andrew!!) which is the best part, but the extreme redness, swelling, general irritation and heat are hugely lessened. The flare ups also occur much less often. Hallelujah! Even if this product did nothing for hair or nails, it's worth it just for that! The rest is just gravy, as far as I'm concerned.Take this for at least six months before deciding yes or no....it takes a while to see results. Take twice a day, as directed. And if you take more than you need, your body will just excrete it. It's expensive, so you may not want to flush it away...literally. I don't ever want to be without this supplement. I had tried a couple of drug store brands and had absolutely no results after 12 months. Brand seems to make a difference with this type of product.ETA: I've noticed several comments about price. The best deal for this product is usually in July.I have known about Andrew Lessman's healthy hair, skin and nails for years, AND, I bought these so I could stock up on them, and get his vitamins loaded into my system. I remembered using them years ago, and experiencing the same effect on my nails. I have always had certain vitamin deficiencies that affected my nail health and hair growth. After several days of taking these vitamin, I can see the difference in my nails, AND my hair. Nails are stronger, and not as brittle. Ridges are turning into smoother surface on the nail itself. This is a great product.
