I liked that they were so shiny and the color,the pinkish undertone really had me excited!I put them on the night before an important event and by the time I walked out the door the next morning I could notice that they were already looking dull by the second day they really didn’t look like they had any pink on them by the fourth day all the paint started to come off of certain nails ,I do lotion my hands a lot maybe that was the reason .I was happy that they all finally came off some with help by the 5th day.They really we’re so beautiful in the beginning but I won’t purchase those type of nails again.I think I really lucked out and found a really good fit for my nail beds. These fit me AMAZING! They're thin, but not too thin IMO. Very translucent in certain lighting but at most angles, especially with movement as its typical of our hands, your eyes just catch the GORGEOUS opalescence soft pink, shiny surface color. Personally, I think they're beautiful. I will reorder for sure!!I personally like to use the gel tabs. Some really good sticky ones came with this set. They were a little more difficult to work with than some, (harder to remove the top shield) but worth it for the extra stickiness. Definitely less damage to the nail bed for me and I like to change mine out every 10-14 days. If you take the right steps, the gel tabs work really well! If you want them to last 2 plus weeks, you're better off with nail glue or gel/curing but I don't like the struggle to get them off and the potential damage.Here's my method that works for me:1. Gently push back cuticles with an appropriate tool2. Clean nail beds thoroughly with at least 70% alcohol. I use the alcohol wipe pads.3. Size correctly (these do have the standard size imprints on the underside of the top of the nails)4. Use a tool to pickup and place gel tabs onto nail beds, pull tab down near cuticle moon5. Pull of top shield in quick angled upward pull (I sometimes use tweezers if needed)6. Place bottom edge of nail on bottom nail base at an angle, and press down firmly - roll over nailbed with firm pressureDONE - I didn't even need to buff any edges for these!Hope someone finds this helpful! ?I did not like them at firsts. However after I worked with them a little bit I now love them. I call them utility nails. I started to use the tabs but that did not work well for me and it did not cover the complete nail. So, I put then on using Tiphulan nail glue. I got it on amazon also. I have the nails on now. They are durable and strong. They look like salon nails. I seal any air pockets with the glue around the nail bed and underneath the nail tips, (backside where your natural nails grow). This works for me. I also added some glitter polish around the nail bed. I am on my second week of wearing them. There are no dents or chips and I filed them down just a bit.Some of the nails came in cracked. The adhesive wasn’t that big enough to surround entire nail.They are cute though once you get past these little flaws. I highly doubt they’ll stay on for more than a day. These are more for a one night fancy occasion.I get compliments on these every day! Lovely iridescent pink finish that you can't get from regular nail polish ....BUT not at all durable! I had to experiment with a clear top coat to protect the finish.I tried Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Top Coat, which works GREAT on regular nail polish but doesn't bind to this product at all and peeled off right away.I tried Beetle No Wipe Gel Top Coat that you cure under LED light, but it didn't last much longer than the Sally Hansen, just one or two days and it would start peeling.Then I tried Beetle base coat followed by the top coat (curing each layer of course) and that seems to be the ticket. Doesn't peel off and it protects the iridescent finish.I also glue the nails on, because adhesive tabs don't last any time for me.So it takes a little work to apply and protect these nails, but then they last and last.If you haven’t tried these….what is stopping you?!?!?! These are absolutely the best nails I have used, and I have used a lot. They are very durable. Wish they had other colors in this same design. Can’t rave about these enough.I needed a butterfly themed nail for the black tie event I was volunteering at. These fit the bill!! The reviews made me nervous but there are plenty of size options and the mini file it came with worked fine. It doesn’t come with glue but I knew that and had my own. Not the thinnest nails I’ve used, and they weren’t see through even with how light they were! Will use this brand again for sure, I’ve got my eye on the watermelon set!I absolutely love this product ! I use them with (IT HOLDS) glue. Once you choose the nails that you like best for your hand (you get a large selection of sizes), you brush the glue on your nail, then the false nail then carefully place the false nail in place. Hold for 5 seconds or more. No mess !!! Beautiful, perfect nails on your hands. I'm in my fourth week without having to change or repair.
