Was easy to set up and get going. EVERYTHING WAS THERE! Instructions on settings could be a little better, but not that hard to figure out.So far it works perfectly. I haven't use all the piece yet, but the big press works amazing. I thought it will be complicated to install, but it is actually very easy.I received this heat press last month, it was packaged well and shipped quickly. I am so excited to get the press out of box and set it up. This is my second heat press, the last one is Cricut heat press is 12x10" and is still work well. Need to upgrade a larger size so I bought this one after some research.It is super use to assemble and operation. I used it for about two weeks and pressing about 20 t-shirts, it worked great and heat evenly. For Cricut, I had to move it around the shirt, but this machine just needs to press the handle and wait for the transfer. Also the price is very reasonable, comes with one t shirt press, one mug attachment, one hat attachment and two plate attachments. All 5 in1 is also less $$ than my first Cricut Heat Press, it works way better and can meet all needs! Would definitely recommend this heatpress! Love it!It’s not a bad heat press , I’ve noticed it takes a bit to warm up and unfortunately the mug press wasn’t all too great but am thankful I was refunded on that I kinda wish I was just refunded on the whole thing . I’m not one to leave such reviews i typically leave good ones regardless but I’m kinda disappointed in this whole set up .I have used the heat press a couple of times and now the arms that the bottom heat part sits on are wobbly and the little balls from the rail have just fallen out. So it’s super hard to push or pull in or out, then when you lock down the top it wobbles. Very disappointed for the money I have spent on this to only be able to use a couple of times.I bought this heat press March 2022, I used it a couple of times, checked and rechecked all settings, by late May/ June it had a defect, the controll started blinking outrageously and stopped heating period. I made a complain to Amazon, they then contacted the seller. Who then made a decision to replace the control box dated 5th July 2022, it's been nearly 2 months, and no feedback from Amazon or the seller. People please be careful what you buy, theses people only want their products out of their hands and don't care about the customer, who are left to deal with problems and no solutions. I won't recommend this item to anyone.I highly recommend this product. It is very easy to set up and use. I have already made several items.
