My husband bought this for me for Christmas and I was so excited to use it. The instructions are dismal and lacking any substantially important information. I’ve used it probably 15-20 times in the last 6 months because I got sick so I haven’t used it as much as I planned and the performance just keeps getting worse. I bought a temperature gun and it runs about 40 degrees higher than the display which explains my scorched shirts. I’ve wasted so much time and money using this machine. I can’t seem to get the pressure to be consistent and my images are lighter on the left than the rest of the shirt. We’ve adjusted the springs multiple times and it just doesn’t seem to help. I want to make gifts for friends and family and I don’t feel the quality of the image is good enough after it’s pressed to be given away which Is so frustrating. I haven’t used any of the attachments because I doubt they will perform well either and I’ll just be wasting money and being disappointed. Hopefully mines just a dud and if you buy one you’ll have better luck.It's really good and easy to use. Takes a little getting use to but works great ?I purchased this heat press to start my sublimation, so I don’t have much experience to speak on. But so far this thing works great! I did read a review that said the temp was off and that was my case as well. I already had a thermometer for my candles so I just set the temp at 380 and my thermometer said it was 400. So I would definitely get a thermometer and test the temp. I know now that if I need the temp at 380, to set the temp to 360.Also, I couldn’t figure out how to start the timer and couldn’t find it on here.. so to set the timer you push “up” and then “down” and it will start!Great for beginners!Like it, easy set up,money makerI bought this machine just a few months ago. Haven’t used it much because it started cutting off while heating up. It constantly shuts off. I don’t know how to contact customer service. Anyone help?I really like the press and accessories. Four stars because it got "lost" in transit, and I had to wait on another one to be sent, causing me to be late on a large custom order.Knowing what I do now I would probably just buy the 5-in-1 as I dont use the attachments often (havent used them at all yet tbh) but I love the versatility of being able to press on almost any item I want. Angie Holden did a great how to video with this heat press on youtube which teaches you how to set time temp and countdown if you have any trouble setting it up as there are no instructions but it really is user friendly. If you're looking to save as much as possible this works good and I've used my oven thermometer to check temperature and it's running true to temp. I've only used it twice so far tho but am quite pleased.
