I like the product. I was taking NOW brand 5000mcg Biotin for about 4 months and I can' say that I noticed any additional response by way of health or growth from my hair or nails. So I switched over to the 90 count package of PURVANA after reading reviews and really liking the ingredients.I took all but about 15 of the 90 count bottle and I honestly didn't see any response from my hair or skin. Before I gave up....I read other reviews on this 30 count product and I think as another reviewed stated, there may be some quality control issues.Ive been taking this 30 count product for about 2 weeks. My hair is responding with shine, vibrance and I think some additional growth. I didnt get this repsonse while taking the 90 count bottle. Now, it may be that the 90 "primed the pump" for the 30, but I am surprised at a noticeable differnce so quickly after starting this one.I will be ordering the 30 count packs for here on as the product is easy to take and actually seems to give good results.
