I was a bit skeptical about this item being a gummy but it's very tasty and easy to swallow, I sometimes have difficulty taking pills.the product is just fine nothing is wrong with it, it tasted quite good but i just dont see the results? (p.s. i havent taken them consistently nor for a long time so that might be the reason)Seems to be helping my nails!The last two that I bought on Amazon came melted to a hot liquid it was so hot it burnt my hand when I open the package it was spilled out all over the inside the packageI've used these for years and find they're probably as good as any on the market.I share these with my son, most delicious way to take our daily dose.It was so easy to think this would cure all… I think it was working well but I developed digestive issues because I did not take as advised. Take in the morning with food. Don’t take it at night and only take accordion to directions.Has anyone else received gummies like these, they are nothing like the ones I been buying for years. These have a odd texture and the shape is off, I started using them and then thought “should I eat these”? So, if you never hear from me again . . .
