This was a great kit and I bought it as a gift for my 9 year old daughter. I didn’t realize it contained some very sharp cutters and exacto knife. So beware if you’re buying for a child.Was shipped faster, than anticipated. I consider myself a beginner when it comes to pressing flowers, so I thought this was really cute and the steps are really easy to follow I like that it comes with tweezers and scissors so I thought it was very complete. The only thing was I thought it was going to be a little bigger but other than that I’m happy with this product. And I’m excited to see the final results.It is worth the purchase. Comes with all the tools you need to press. You just need mounting tools if you wanna use them to scrap book.I waited until I used it a few times to write a review -- and I really like this press. I haven't used one since I was a kid so I can't really compare to others but it's pretty and does what I want it to do (press flowers for my dorm wall).I really like the concept. The instructions said to let the flowers dry 5-7 days. Mine were tucked away for 9 days and they still weren’t dry, and the papers and the cardboard pieces were quite damp. I didn’t press thick flowers either. I did daisies. I had to finish drying them in my food dehydrator so I could finish my project. It dried the fern leaves pretty well, but I bought it to press flowers. I wouldn’t buy it again if something happened to it.The wood feels as if I could snap in half. If you're careful enough, it functions great.I love it! I was so worried I would mess up but it's fool proof. Easy to use and it says 3-5 days....I did 5 and it was just enough time. Great! Would gift this to a few people.Bought this as a Christmas Gift. The person I gave it to loved it !This kit doesn't seem worth the price. Seems a bit cheap quality. The plastic loop on the straps broke on my second use when tightening the straps so now I am once again back to pressing flowers under the weight of books. Waste of money. The flower shears are the best part of this kit.This is an awesome flower press kit! It has all the tools necessary to get started and it works really well. I was really happy with the results.Cheap and pretty terrible. The wooden parts are extremely fragile and were dented on arrival. Some stickers or labels were only in Chinese without translated counterparts. Best avoided.The cover isn’t even made of wood. Not sure why they would even mention the word in their description. I thought I was getting a flower press made with real wood.Bought as a gift for my partner. She is an avid flower and plant enthusiast, and needed something other than a thick book to press flowers with. It came quickly and works well for the purpose, no complaints.
