Strong connections that screw on and works great. I have had other machines in the past with too little to screw on and popped off with consistency in the past. Never could use those. On this one you have to line up notches on long stick part, by rotating just the stick part to see to match up notches and then it works with ease. Notches on rod have to match up. A very light stainless steel machine but it works great. I nearly wrecked my machine with the tab underneath, but I think you aren't suppose to mess with that at all. It works easily now that I know that. Also, your mixture of whatever you use has to be the right consistently with no large bits in it. Blender your mixture before you start is my plan. I have made deviled eggs with this to make them fancy with one of the yellow tips with flower look at end. I plan to make the cookies and biscuits and decorate a cake. Love this machine so much! Bought my machine in January 2022. Glad I found this marvelous Press maker. I might add a little extra milk to biscuits depending on ease of it coming out. If I have to I will come back here and add that tidbit in. Thanks so much for having it Amazon! I would buy another one for a gift. I would recommend it to everyone. Love this machines ease of use.
