STEP5: After the marinating period is complete, place ham maker into a pot, pour water inside the pot. The amount of water supposed to be at the same level or higher than meat. STEP6: Cook for 1.5-3 hours (depend on your meat type) in water temp 85℃ (185℉). STEP7: When meat reaches 77℃ (170℉) remove the ham maker from water, cool it in cold water and refrigerate for few hours or leave it for night. STEP8: Pour hot water for few second on ham maker chamber to remove meat easily. Slice meat to your desired thickness and ENJOY!!! Tips: Do not leave thermometer inside ham press during cooking.
