Of course Im in loce with the color. The temperature goes to the number I need really fast. Its buil in a great quality. I cant wait to make a lot of projects with it ?The product came in nicely, packaged properly and in good condition. I set it up but as soon as I started moving the levers checking thr pressure and making sure everything is all set, the white paint started to chip. There's also minor dings and scratches. It would've been very pretty but it wasn't.The product seems to work well... For now. I've only had it for a day so we'll see how long it will last and I will update my review. It's not the cheapest heat press either, so definitely not happy that it looks bad for the price, especially as brand new. Makes me a bit hesitatant to use it because if paint wasn't properly primed and applied, I don't know how well this product is assembled. Consider it can cause a fire if its wiring is not well installed.I've tried many other heat presses but this by far is My FAVORITE. Not only did it arrive fast, it's my favorite color, it is great quality, super easy to use and I am super happy. Definetely interested in buying other products. Im a Happy Crafter!!!I purchased this item to figure out if I wanted get into sublimation. Well it came after that I thought it would. After putting it in its new home I turned it on and set my temperature and time, which I needed 400 degrees at 60 seconds. Per the instructions you shouldn’t leave it on too long at that temperature. So turned it off and the next day turned it on and it wouldn’t heat past 240, actually the temperature started decreasing. So I sent an email to the email that came with the instruction book asking if I was doing something wrong.To make a long story short after explaining my Dilemma and sending a short video. They said no problem, we’ll send another out.I was really pleased with the customer service. The whole process of my issues and getting another Heat Press was less then 2 weeks.I tried this press but it wasn't the one for me. Very smelly. Went with the Transpro. Thank goodness Amazon makes returns easy!I have used this extensively in the relatively short time I've had it and its worked great. Not fancy and basic in functions but its been a great press. I have used a thermal laser and determined that it reads fairly consistent across its entire surface and is even more consistent the longer its on. I found the temperature was about 10 degrees low so i always add that amount to my settings. Very happy with the press.We received this press and it looks and feels like it would be a good machine. It's heavy without being unmanageable, and opens and closes pretty well. Our issue is that it doesn't heat up properly, so it's pretty much useless and we end up using our iron. When we opened it and set it up the instructions said that the first few times you use it the heat may be off so we figured that was all it was. Nope it's the machine doesn't heat to the correct temperature or heat evenly. Problem is that we dont use it very often so a good amount of time has passed since we got it and have tried it enough to know it's not from having to be used a few times. Don't know if there's anything that can be done at this point. So beware.Iv was deciding for a week weather or not to buy this machine from reading some mixed reviews.I'm glad I bought it. Fast shipping, easy to use.I'm not sure what product other people got but the machine doesn't smell when it heats up I have it set up in the living room while my wife is watching tv and she doesn't even notice. The timer starts as soon as you close it and beeps loud but not obnoxiously when it's done.Been using this for about 6 months. Missing a few key features BUT expected for the price. Next purchase i make will have an auto-open or a slide-away mechanism. VERY good value for money.-I let it heat up for 20-30 mins before pressing. Haven't had any temperature issues.-Tip, set it 5-10 degrees hotter than you normally would. Haven't tested the temperature but so far have had PERFECT presses.I loved this purple press until it started smoking when heating up only a month or so after purchasing!!!
