Nothing, zip!I purchased this model from Amazon after asking friends which spritz cookie press I should go for. I am a huge baker during the holidays and up to this point had skipped making this holiday cookie staple because I didn't have the press and to be honest all the little plates kind of intimidated me. After spending a day baking with a friend that brought her Wilson cookie press over I was sold! Once you know how to get the pieces together it's easy peasy. I can't wait for Christmas 2017 to make these little guys. I'm glad I was able to find this model on AMZ for a reasonable price.Love this product only draw back is the amount of times it needs to be filled for one batch of cookies. Who just makes one batch?Made the spritz and the recipe was easy, made lots of small heart cookies for Valentines Day. Ordered it for Xmas but took a long time to get to me and had already made my dough before realizing my old one died.always likes wilton cookie presses,and finally found the one i wanted,the mail took quite awhile to deliver,but i love it anyway,thankyouGreat product for moist soft cookie dough. I really wish it had a sturdy case to store the pieces.This is a time and energy saving item. With the holidays on the way, it will be put to good use.It worked very well. Easy to use. It was very basic and that was a good thing. The price was reasonable as well.I bought this to replace the exact same cookie press that broke after 10 years of use. It is easy to use, easy to clean and dispenses just the right amount of cookie dough with each click of the handle.:)EXCELLENTnot what i expected it to be. It does the trick, okay for beginners. Not really satisfied but it is affordable for what it does.
