I received my my package in a pristine shipping box (with adequate packing) but the display box inside was very damaged. First issue was that there was a random screw in the bottom of the shipping box. After installing the screw I couldn't tighten either well, as they had both been severely stripped. Also the two screws which hold the bottom plate on the vise on were two different lengths, the one in the box was roughly 1/2" long the one still in the vise was about 1 1/4" long and can not be screwed all the way in as it bottoms out. Also the choices are to have very loose screws which will fall out eventually or having minor tension on the screws and requiring extreme effort to open/close vise.Returned for refund.
