Primus Coffee and Tea Press - Portable French Press for Camping, Travel & Home Brewing - Perfect for Outdoor Adventures & Daily Use

Just came back from a 3-day backpacking trip at Twenty Lakes Basin loop. I'm so glad I took this French press! It makes awesome coffee. (I hate instant coffee!) It weighs 2 oz, and collapses into 2 flat pieces and a rod, and you're good to go. Sadly, it does not come with a pouch, nor does it fit inside the EtaExpress cooking system pot. You can however squeeze it into the sack on top of the pot, but it's a tight squeeze.Here's how you use it. You put the coffee in the EtaExpress pot after boiling water. Let steep a few minutes. The opening of the Coffee press lid goes over the pot's pour spout/lip. Press down on the plunger. Pour out your coffee. That's it! The coffee is AWESOME. Some things to keep in mind:1. You MUST have a Primus EtaExpress cooking system, EtaPower 1L pot, or LiTech Trek Kettle, as this is designed for and fits those pots.2. The lid leaks quite a bit while pouring, as the coffee seems to follow the lid's lip, circumnavigating the pour spout on the pot, and leaking out.3. Making 2 cups spills a lot less than 4 cups at a time4. Pour slowly to minimize spill.Why a 4 star rating for a product that spills so much? 1) Excellent fresh brewed French press coffee, and 2) 2 oz and folds flat. If you already have a Primus EtaExpress, EtaPower 1L pot, or a LiTech Trek Kettle, where else are you gonna find a quality coffee maker that weighs 2 oz?Make sure you get coarse ground coffee, freshly ground before your trip. We took Coffee-mate creamer powder, delicious! Enjoy!
