My 70+ year old home had a few floorings nail pop up. I needed to replace a few of them and when I went to the hardware store and flooring store nobody knew what I was talking about and when I showed them one that came out nobody knew what it was. There was a more mature person at one of the stores who told me those are now antique flooring nails and I would not be getting them at a Lowes, Home Depot, or even a local flooring store.
