I'm excited to use the press. I wish the instructions were a little bit more detailed and precise....the pictures did help, but still not sure how to use the attaching products. The mug pieces were scratched and looked used, they have burn marks on them, other than that, so far it heats up nicely. I didn't care too much for the shirts that came with the purchase, I was afraid to use them. But I did try it out on some test items and it works just fine, I hope they will replace the mug press items that were scratched and burned. I'm using this item to make shirts and custom jackets.I have had no issues, it works great and is easy to use. I have not tried the attachments yet.I received the first unit, with a crack on one side. Requested a replacement. A response was received very quickly. I received the replacement very quickly. The replacement had a crack on the opposite side. Due to not wanting to keep repeating this cycle, I requested to extend a refund or exchange beyond the 30 days. Was told the company could not, it is up to Amazon. Seller offered a $30 refund (which I haven’t received as of today). So far so good. But at this rate, the crack seem to be cosmetic but for a $300 equipment, no cracks are best. I will update if equipment malfunctions due to the crack.Bought this item as a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Heat press came as expected and was well packaged. Awesome product!It's the best press I have ever boughtIt's hot presses t shirts for air brushing perfect and stick on iron on and high heat on detailing for shirts jeans jackets n so forth it dose grate with just don't for get press paper for some fabrics and remember it get 350 to 500 it will melt or mess some things up if not right texture or fabric so read up labels people. Hold and maintains its heat wonderful for the clothing and product I put thru it from air brushing and heat on products. All made for and can Handel high heat. Please I stress this because someone tried a sweater in there's after I reminded this and it was not cotton it started fire and case trouble and damage the clothing make sure ur work out clothing are more cotton or heat resistant or ur soft shirts or hoodsys.This heat press is easy to use. I have used mine to press shirts. I have had no problems so far. Very good for the price. The only thing is make sure you have plenty of room for the top to swing away because the bottom don’t slide out to far other then that it’s great.Decent shirt press for the price.
