Directions Fitting Instructions: Push cuticles back and make sure nails are free of polish and grease. Buff nail to prepare surface. Select size nail you require. Peel wrap from sheet with tweezers. Heat wrap by holding close to lamp or hairdryer for a few seconds until it become pliable. Place the wrap onto your nail and press down. Place nail under heat and press firmly down all over once again to secure the adhesive. Pull excess part of wrap over the end of nail, file in a downward motion and remove.
