I started taking this for my skin and creaky knees and joints. I am delighted to report that not only does my back not hurt every morning when I wake up, but my nails are also smoother. Even more exciting, my gums have stopped bleeding every time I floss. I use sensitive toothpaste and floss regularly. Each time is like the texas chainsaw massacre. My dentist recommended more frequent flossing which seemed a bit harsh. Since I started on these two months ago, I recently noticed my gums are fortified !!!! I am so happy !!! For me that capsule is easy to swallow and seen to dissolve fast. Will definitely continue to use it.I’ve been using this product for about 6 months after losing 30 pounds in less than a year. The skin on my face was very loose and I was so upset because i felt i looked older. after about 2 months my facial skin was tighter and my crows feet were smoother. I feel this product had alot to do with that. I highly recommend this product and will continue to use it.I mistakenly ordered for knee-joint trouble, but can’t imagine this wouldn’t help to some degree with that as well as express purpose of this product. I haven’t used this long enough to see any dramatic results yet, but I like that only one cap/day is required for the results advertised.Only started with these. Like the easy to swallow shape of the capsules. Would prefer to take only 1 per day rather than 3. Looking forward to the results.This is my second time purchasing this product. I have not seen any noticable improvements but I think it's too early to tell. I was disappointed that I didn't get a free bottle with my first purchase even though I filled out this form. So I'm trying again.The capsules are a little bit large but tolerable. I have noticed a difference after taking them for about a month, and at age 50 that says a lot for me.
