With the help of this compassionate yet honest resource, we can better understand our personal life situation and make the most of the time with our medical care team.Ironically, despite growing attention to women's health issues and our lengthened life expectancy, it has been hard to sort out the sound bites and sometimes conflicting pieces of information we receive through the media and other sources about our health.
