My nail tech uses another brand and it worked way better.I have purchased this gel polished remover in the pass and it worked great, this time not so good. The liquid insides is quite pasty and dry as if it is expired or was put under bad temperature condition. I won’t purchase again.I applied 3 times and didn’t workI have not tried it yet because I am unsure if this is how the product is supposed to look. It just arrived, earlier than the estimated date, but the product isn’t liquid. It’s very stiff and gooey. I don’t believe this is how it’s supposed to be…This polish remover works, but you need a lot of patience. It's a very thick gooey liquid that spreads on like ointment. Only the edges come up so you need to repeat the process several times. Mine started to bubble within about 2 minutes and I let sit for the full 6 minutes as suggested. It softens the gel and helps it to lift. I'm getting pretty frustrated considering I've spent the last 30min on one hand and still working on it. For future use, I'm going to use this after my hot bath/shower before the gel hardens back up completely, and see if it comes off easier.1st & 2nd pic: 1st coat of remover3rd pic: 6th cost of removerI had soak off gel on my nails. I had a gel base layer, the base color, some nail art, and then a gel top coat. So really three layers in total, the nail art wasn't of any significance. I found that it works well, but did better one layer at a time. I didn't want to pile on so much product and get it all over my skin, since it said to avoid putting it on the skin. I'd get the top layer off, and do another layer.Most of the gel polish came off after two times of using it, but there were still pieces that needed to come off. I filed my nails before I used it, and small pieces of polish left over I just filed it off. I noticed that if you have a clear top coat over the polish it takes longer and also what type of polish is used. Cateye or glitter polishes take a while and you have to thoroughly scratch the surface of the polish with a nail file for it to work well enough. I did use a scraper tool to get around all the edges once it was soft. It is thick and you have to use a generous amount on each nail.
