I read sooooooo many reviews on this product and took a chance and bought it. I'm so glad i did. A lot of complaints of it breaking easy or whatever. Well let me tell you my experience. I use it almost everyday at work and on the weekends it comes home. At work i use a tall mug and at home a nice fat mug and this fills up both sizes nicely. Not sure how high pol are filling there's but i get a good amount. The durability i looove. I love the fact how the glass doesn't slide out of the plastic fram it has like others I've used and broke because of it. So that was a plus factor for me. The only thing i did wish that when you put your hand into the holder theglass should have plastic on that side so your fingers don't burn when you fill with hot water other than that I'm ready to buy more. Just handle with care it will last forever.Update Hasn't quite been a year and there's a Crack in the glass. Not sure how it happened. And for a few months never knew the glass separated from the holder because it's super tight and secure but one day while washing it slipped out of place and scared me. Well anyways I'm still using it since it's not leaking but I guess I'm gonna hVe to buy a new one
