This was a gift for my grandson. It goes perfect with the interactive track. We bought other VTech Smart Wheels cars before we bought the track. He loved playing with the cars without the track. The little cars will talk and sing without the track. Perfect size for small hands. My grandson was 9 months old when we bought his first car. He loved it and my 3 year old granddaughter loved it as well.I gave this fire truck as a gift and he loved it.Loved having this. It was easy for my 2 year old to play with. Both my 5 year old and 2 year old loved this. Way easier to have this train than a real train around the Christmas tree. ?The monster trucks are bigger, but mandatory for us as 3yo grandson loves them this year, and finding Smart Wheels was a bonus. Sure, they do not auto go far on the tracks, but we use them on the tracks just like other Smart Wheels we push around as well as racing the race car, race monster truck (red) and monster truck (blue) plus the race train...all of which are press-and-release but only when we want them to be. As you can see, we are into building car cities and ALL or Smart Wheels are played with by pushing them around between track sets. We also race the press and go models other days from the kitchen to the living room, so they go fine on the plain flooring. We have been adding every year the last 3 years...yes, he started at 1 and never is without a car or more in his hands.This was added to a track set given to us with no car.
