Description
One Ton Arbor Press Plate Our new 1 Ton Press Plate is cut out of 3/4" high strength grade 50-A-572 plate steel. This arbor press plate is designed to work with the Harbor Freight One Ton Arbor Press ( item #3552). The outside diameter of this plate is 4.5" We improved upon the plate in two ways. First, the cutouts are slightly oversized which allows you to press out objects that are exactly .50", .75", 1.0", 1.25" outside diameter. The second improvement is we eliminated of the rough taper associated with cast arbor plates which interference and would reduce the overall effective diameter. The low quality cast iron of imported arbor press plates are prone to shattering under shock loading. Please note: Arbor Press is not included.

These arbor press plates are to replace the junk cast arbor plates that are prone to shattering.
Every SWAG arbor press plate is machined on both sides to remove mill scale and sharp edges.
The cutouts are slightly oversized which allows you to press out objects that are exactly .50", .75", 1.0", 1.25" outside diameter.
